Port Washington HarborFest
The event takes place on Sunday, June 7 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm at the town dock and lower Main Street of Port Washington. It celebrates Port Washington’s nautical heritage on the waterfront of Manhasset Bay and is fun for all ages.
Come by boat and enjoy activities including Art in the Park, a craft show of over 100 vendors, fireboat demonstrations, a children’s fun park, the family fun stage and talent show, a model boat regatta at Baxter’s Pond, and a nautical exhibit in the Tugboat Museum. There will be live entertainment and nautical singers throughout the day and the Enviro-Expo will feature booths from environmental organizations.
Cruise aboard The Schooner SoundWaters or ride The Port Washington Water Taxi and get a tour of Manhasset Bay.
Admission to the HarborFest is free; there is a fee for cruises. A food court will feature local area restaurants offering specialties and tasty treats.
