South Shore boaters will be participating in the 19th Annual Christmas Holiday Parade of Boats on the Patchogue River on Sunday, November 18.

Let your thoughts run wild and decorate your boat for this holiday tradition, as this year’s theme is “River Of Misfit Toys!”(following the theme is optional). The entry fee is $35, which includes dockage Saturday night through Sunday on the Patchogue River. Call 631-804-0595 for more information about entering the parade.

Voting for the best decorated boats will take place on Saturday, November 17, starting at 5:00 pm and concluding at 8:00 pm.

There are two locations to view the parade, which starts at 6:00 pm on Sunday:  Sandspit Park by the Davis Park Ferry terminal 10 on Brightwood Street in Patchogue, or the FINS Watch Hill Ferry Terminal on West Avenue.  Both locations will feature live music.
